Which Outlook accounts can I use?
The first release is planned for supported Outlook.com, Hotmail and Live mailboxes, and Microsoft 365 business mailboxes. Client support will be confirmed before launch. Adding an arbitrary email account to Outlook does not guarantee add-in compatibility.
Can our team use MailTuck?
Yes: the planned business offer supports one or more user licenses bought through Microsoft. Administrators can assign licenses and deploy the web add-in to selected users or groups. Classic installation is a separate Windows deployment.
What does the Classic extension add?
The optional Windows Classic Outlook extension can file between accessible mailboxes and open folders in Outlook. These native features are not available in Outlook on the web or new Outlook. Your existing mailbox permissions still apply.
Does MailTuck move emails by itself?
You choose the destination. Suggestions help you decide; they do not authorize a move. Send-and-file follows your saved choice after you send. Undo can restore supported recent moves, but cannot recall an email you sent.
What happens after the trial?
The planned trial lasts 30 days. For personal accounts, choose a subscription to continue. A Microsoft trial may renew into the paid plan according to the order you accept; cancel through Microsoft before its stated deadline to avoid a charge.
